Refund Policy – AgriNow Classes

At AgriNow Classes, we are committed to delivering high-quality online learning resources and support for students preparing for Agriculture and Science entrance examinations. Please review our refund guidelines carefully before making any purchase.

1. General Policy

• Once a product/service (course, study material, or subscription) has been purchased, cancellations are not permitted.

• Fees paid are generally non-refundable in full or in part.

• We strongly recommend reviewing our demo classes, free resources, or trial content before enrolling.

2. Conditional Refund/Exchange

• If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a request for either:

  • A 50% refund, or

  • A 100% exchange for another course/product of equal value.

• Such requests must be made within 48 hours of the purchase date.

• Approval of refund or exchange depends on the case review by AgriNow Classes administration and may vary depending on circumstances.

3. Final Decision Authority

• The final decision on all refund and exchange requests rests solely with the Director of AgriNow Classes.

• In case of disputes, the matter will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh courts.
